Coffee Team Member

Coffee Team Members provide a great beverage and friendly smile for everyone that walks through the door.

Reports to: Coffee Cart Team Leader

Weekly time investment: 1-3 hours 

Responsibilities

  • Wears guest services lanyard while serving
  • Arrives at position 60 minutes prior to service or event start time
  • Greets attendees as they approach the cart
  • Identifies first-time guests and ensures they know their way around
  • Departs from position after shift change or all attendees have left the area
  • Recruits volunteers to serve on Coffee Cart Team or other First Impressions Teams
