Sign Team Member

Sign Team Members place signs at varying crossroads of the community and around the facility, ensuring people are able to easily find their way to the Sunday Gathering and around the facility.

Reports to: Sign Team Leader

Weekly time investment: 1 hour

Responsibilities

  • Arrives at position 10 minutes prior to service or event start time
  • Sets up external signs at various crossroads in the city
  • Accounts for weather and traffic to ensure signs function as intended - directing people to the Sunday Gathering
  • Retrieve signs from their positions after all attendees have left
  • Recruits volunteers to serve on Sign Team or other First Impressions Teams
